I love to cook. I love figuring out how flavors work together. I love to travel. But I have a definite food “comfort zone” that can limit me when I travel. So maybe it’s time to push the boundaries of the comfort zone… all the way to the foods of my forebears! If my grandparents or great-grandparents or great-great-great-grandparents liked a food, what are the chances that I’ll hate it?
